Thank you for shopping with John Craddock Ltd. We’re sure you’ll be really happy with your purchase. However if you do need to return anything for any reason, read the information below for our terms and conditions on our how you can return your item to us.
Ways to return your items
If you need to return an item we'll happily offer a refund as long as this is within 14 days of delivery, in its original packaging, in as-new condition and you have proof of purchase.
There are three easy ways to return your item(s):
- by post
- by courier
You can return an item for free at our store, but if you choose to return by post or courier you'll need to cover the cost of postage. However, if the item you're returning is faulty we'll refund the postage once we've received the item and verified the fault.
By post or courier
To return an item by post or courier you'll need to fill out our online returns form click here.
All the information you need to fill in the returns form can be found on your invoice.
Please try to use the original packaging when sending your items back and make sure it's securely packaged; John Craddock Ltd cannot be held responsible for any damage during returning to ourselves.
Label the return to the address provided on the returns form and ensure you have made reference to your order details within the parcel.
Make sure you take your parcel to your local Post Office or have it collected by a courier in enough time for it to get to us within 28 days of you receiving your order.
Please note returns made by post and courier are at the customers' own expense. John Craddock Ltd will only be liable for the cost of postage if the returned item is found to be faulty or an error by ourselves.
We recommend using a trackable service and getting proof of postage.
Please keep your proof of postage until we've confirmed your refund has been processed.
Faulty items will be examined either by ourselves or the manufacturer. If found to be a manufacturer fault an exchange will be offered or where applicable a refund will be sent to your account within 30 days.
If you buy a product online and it's found to be faulty by ourselves or the manufacturer within 30 days of purchase, you're entitled to ask for a full refund of the faulty product. If a fault occurs after the initial 30 days and still within the warranty period, we're entitled to repair and/or replace that item. Please note for some products repairs will have to be carried out by the manufacturer. If it can't be repaired or replaced, then you may be entitled to a refund.
Special order items
All special order items are non-returnable, please contact our customer service team to be advised if your item is special order.
Once the returns form has been completed (click here) all returns need to be sent to Returns Department, John Craddock Ltd, North Street, Bridgtown, Cannock, Staffordshire, WS11 0AZ. John Craddock Ltd reserves the right to reject a return should no details accompany the item returned. Refunds will be to the original method of payment at the time of purchasing. A restocking fee of 15% of the order value upon refund may apply and partial refunds may be offered if items are in a devalued condition.
