The postage on goods returned will not be refunded if the customer is at fault in ordering the goods and a further restocking charge of 15% will be levied on goods returned that are "non stock items". Please complete and enclose the returns form which can be found on the links section of this website with your return parcel. If your return does not include the form your refund or exchange will be delayed whilst we obtain all the necessary information to process the return. Items returned as faulty are returned to our suppliers for testing, the results of these tests may take up to 4 weeks. Please send your item for return and the returns form to:
