Latest Delivery Information

Because of the current Coronavirus pandemic, the United Kingdom is experiencing certain restrictions and limitations in the form of a lockdown from (05/11/20 - 02/12/20).

Orders are being accepted and dispatched as normal ✓. We are taking every precaution within the business to ensure your order is handled in a safe and hygienic environment and that any delays due to the lockdown are kept to a minimum.

Deliveries of orders may be delayed due to couriers restrictions. Within the UK and Europe an increase in online purchases is expected during the coming months, most couriers have increased their staff for this expectancy and delays should be minimal but still present. Couriers at this present time cannot guarantee any delivery dates.

Please purchase with this in mind - we thank you for your patience and hope you remain safe and well.

With immediate effect, we will no longer ask customers to sign our handheld units and instead our drivers will sign it on their behalf. We will record the consignees name and a 'Delivered on Authority' message in the signature section of the unit.

With this new process you will still get your full track and trace functionality, giving you complete visibility of all your parcels.

This now forms our proof of delivery process for all deliveries until further notice.

There are countries where non-essential shops and businesses are closed; therefore, we advise you check before shipping that your customer is able to receive parcels, to avoid unnecessary costs. In each country, we will attempt delivery where possible and return to you if they are unable to gain access.
